India, which expected a lot of good perfomance in this world cup and which was expected to reach till the end of the tournament went out of the game tournament in the First Round itself.
It had lost to the group teams both Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and was kicked out of the tournament, the same as Pakistan.
Bangladesh had performed very well and played with great preparations and confidence and they finally made it to the Super 8 in the World Cup.
